Lawo HOME Multiviewer natively handles ST 2110, NDI, SRT, and JPEG XS

Lawo is demonstrating the HOME Multiviewer at NAB 2026, a server-based monitoring system with ultra-low-latency processing that natively ingests ST 2110, NDI, SRT, and JPEG XS signals in a single unit. The breadth of supported transport formats targets IP-native facilities and hybrid operations where signals arrive via multiple protocols — a configuration that has become common as broadcasters integrate cloud, remote production, and traditional SDI infrastructure in parallel.

The practical benefit is the elimination of separate monitoring hardware for each protocol. Facilities running mixed-format environments — where an ST 2110 production feed, an NDI remote contribution, an SRT cloud return, and a JPEG XS compressed feed may all need to be visible at once — can consolidate monitoring onto a single server rather than maintaining protocol-specific displays or hardware multiviewers for each input type.

The HOME Multiviewer builds on Lawo's NAB presence alongside the Edge ONE stagebox announced earlier and positions the company as a supplier across both signal acquisition at the venue edge and monitoring at the production center. The complementary roles of the two products suggest a strategy of covering the full signal path within IP-native and hybrid facilities.
