Telos Alliance debuts Omnia XII flagship FM/HD/DAB audio processor

Telos Alliance is debuting the Omnia XII at NAB Show 2026, a new flagship FM/HD/DAB audio processor occupying 2RU. The unit combines wideband AGC, five bands of multiband AGC and compression, six bands of multiband limiting, dynamic EQ, and bass management. Its headline addition is the "Clemenza" FM clipper, co-developed by Telos founder Frank Foti and positioned as the technical centerpiece of the design. Remote control runs through a browser-based HTML5 interface. The processor is expected to ship in July 2026.

Telos is also showing the Axia Pulsar at NAB, a compact 8-fader AoIP console surface expandable to 16 faders, representing a more accessible entry point into the Axia AoIP ecosystem.

"Omnia XII carries that legacy forward, and we are very proud to share it with you now!" said Foti in the product announcement. Both products will be on display at booth C1819.

The Omnia XII represents a full-platform update to a processor line that has been a reference standard for FM broadcast audio for over a decade. The addition of native HD and DAB processing in a single chassis reflects how most broadcasters now run parallel transmission chains rather than separate hardware for each standard.
